Shipping and Handling time

Orders are usually processed within 0 to 7 business days (i.e., Monday – Saturday). Some orders, such as pre-order items, may take longer.
We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.

Shipping Charges:

Free shipping on orders above ₹1499 on PREPAID ORDERS ONLY.

Shipment Tracking:

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

Note:
If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Company will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility and Shipping charges will bearable.

BIS HALLMARK POLICY:

As stamp of 925 on silver jewellery is Authenticity of itself but hallmark get done only on customer request within 24 hours of placing an order.
The delivery time will be extended by at least a week as we need to specially send the customized product for Hallmark.
