What are your shipping methods and delivery times?

We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, and international orders within 7–15 business days (depending on customs and location). Tracking will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do you offer custom designs or personalization?

Yes! We love creating unique, bespoke jewelry. You can share your design idea, preferred gemstone, or metal. After discussion, we’ll send you a mockup for approval. Timeline and pricing depend on design complexity.

What materials do you use and are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Our jewelry is made from a variety of metals such as silver-plated brass, gold-plated brass, stainless steel, and more. All our pieces are crafted to be hypoallergenic, but if you have very sensitive skin, feel free to drop us a message before ordering. (You can mention hallmarks, stamping, etc.)

How should I care for and clean my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth

  • Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions

  • Store in your Meraki pouch or a closed box to prevent tarnishing
    If you’d like, we also offer occasional cleaning or inspection — contact us for options.

What is your return / exchange policy?

If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return with in 24 hrs or exchange within 2 days of receiving your item (must be in original, unused condition). Custom or personalized pieces may not be eligible for return — please contact us directly before ordering. (You can also note if you provide store credit vs refund.)
