Authenticity

All Meraki Jewels products made of sterling silver carry the “925” stamp, certifying the authenticity of pure 925 Sterling Silver.

BIS Hallmark Policy
Personalized/customized products do not fall under BIS Hallmark unless specifically requested by the customer within 1 day of placing an order.
In such cases, the delivery timeline will be extended by at least one week, as the customized product must be specially sent for hallmarking.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed using the same customer account, credit card, or billing and/or shipping address.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address provided at the time the order was placed.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases made at our store.
