Return and Exchange Policy

We have a hassle free 24 hours return and 48 hours exchange policy in case of the product has defect or damaged product.

Note :

1 – Please make unboxing video before opening and take at least 2 photos of the package .
2 – If product is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tempered before delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
3 – In case of the product defect or damage then please raise a return or exchange request within 2 days product received and write to us via E-mail  ( Jewelzmeraki@gmail.com ) only with photos and videos shot by you . No other form of communication will be entertained.
4 – In case of receiving a damaged product we’ll be only able to facilitate return or exchange only if photos and video both of unboxing is sent to us via E-mail within 2 days of receiving the product.
5 – If you try to defame the brand on any social platform we’ll be forced to take legal actions as all the t&c are abide by the brand.
